Destination of the ‘A’ Category players confirmed

The Players’ Draft Programme for the third season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is underway at the moment. Though the programme was scheduled to commence on 10am on the morning, it took till 11am for the organizers to officially kick of the episode.

And now, the first round of the draft has already been completed where 18 cricketers have been drafted with each of the six teams getting three cricketers.

It is evident that 16 cricketers from the Category A have been taken already while Dhaka Dynamites were the team who registered two cricketers from the Category B.

It should be mentioned that the “A” grade players will get 25 lac tk., “B” grade players will get 18 lac tk.

Following is the list of the drafted players after the first round of the programme.

 5.Rangpur Riders: Soumya Sarkar (C A), Arafat Sunny (C A), MD Mithun (C A)
